KENRICK PERFORMING ARTS COMPLEX
Our dance complex has a floor area of 2000m2 and is Ballarat's only purpose built dance facility.
Built in 2018, the 'Kenrick Complex' is the third largest of its kind in the state and was specifically designed for dance.
Studio Dimensions & Inclusions
Our studios boast high ceilings, heating, air conditioning and a fresh air systems, tarkett, sprung floors, mirrors, ballet barres and high end Dennon sound systems.
COMPLEX FEATURES
Our complex is perfectly positioned in the heart of Ballarat with large capacity, free, off street carparking for parents. We offer a warm, clean and spacious reception area for parents to use whilst the students are in class, four large and age appropriate dressing rooms as well as a males only. We have a canteen area and coffee machine that is open on Saturday mornings for you to enjoy.
STUDIO HIRE
Studio hire is available upon request, please email the studio to book a time.
A studio hire agreement will need to be signed by all persons wanting to hire.
